Weekly Recipes
Quick and in expensive 30–45-minute weekday meal:
Ingredients:
Chicken tenderloins or chicken breast (cut into strips)
Rice (White or Brown)
Broccoli Florets (Fresh or Frozen)
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
Directions:
Boil or bake chicken whichever you prefer (season it first... of course)
Cook rice
Cook Broccoli florets (I use frozen broccoli florets and steam it in the microwave)
After chicken, rice and broccoli are done, mix together in a bowl or on stove with the cream of mushroom soup and shredded cheese.
Place in a casserole dish or pan
Cover casserole with more shredded cheese
Place in oven for 20-30 minutes or until cheese melts.
This meal can last you at least 2-3 days (pending how large your family is or if you love leftovers)
